TLC Homewatch is owned and operated by Teresa Mayer and Petra Klos.  Both women have been long time homeowners and landladies and have done many of their own repairs.  They understand how important it is to have someone who is experienced and caring to watch over your home while you are away.

Teresa was born and raised in Rochester, NY and has resided in Florida for 7 years.  Petra was born in Germany and has lived in Port Charlotte for 25 Years.  Both love the warm climate and all the outdoor activities it has to offer!
